The new variety "Hyogo Sake 85" was developed by Hyogo Prefecture as the ideal rice for future Sake production.
Processed using a new milling technology called "Shin Gin Milling" and brewed at low temperatures, this next-generation sake rice exudes a refreshing lychee aroma.
It offers a lively sweetness and acidity, complemented by a slight bitterness that tightens the aftertaste.
