A Junmai brewed with the rare pesticide-free rice "Nakate Shin Senbon". The gentle sweetness unique to pesticide-free rice is brought out, and a natural effervescence gives it a modern twist that is easy to drink.
The rice is grown by a local eco-farmer called "Mame Farm" in Kurashiki. The gentle sweetness of the pesticide-free rice is excellent, and the brewery has added a unique gas feeling to create a modern and easy-to-drink Sake.
A faintly refreshing scent of green bananas spreads out, and the fresh, sweet flavor explodes in a momentary impact due to being freshly squeezed.
The taste is refreshing with a grape-like sweetness, and the aftertaste fades away cleanly. The sharpness is also excellent!
