This is a richly aromatic sake brewed with Omachi rice, known as the origin of sake rice, through long-term low-temperature fermentation.
During the yabuta pressing process, only the finest, most well-balanced droplets are collected, earning it the name nakadori. This results in a beautifully polished sake that fully showcases the strength and depth of the rice’s natural flavors.
