It's premium and local Junmaidaiginjo of Yamagata. The top note is fruity like white peach, berries, and slightly apple. The first impression is just gorgeous.

It's pasteurized once but still fresh, and you can see the fine-grained bubbles on the glass.
The taste is sweet, and the condensed rich sweetness is something like premium honey. This label's great point is that the sweetness elegantly fades and leaves the beautiful and long after flavor.
