It is a super dry Junmai Sake produced with Nagano prefecture's Miyama Nishiki, polished down to 60%, and brewed with underground water from the local sacred mountain "Makihata".
The scent is mild and refreshing. It has a strong taste that is in harmony with the Umami and acidity of the rice, with a smooth and clean finish.
