雪男 YUKIOTOKO means "snowman" which is a strange beast that appears in the story of the Hokuetsu region.
This Sake is a blend of Sake brewed with five types of brewer's rice (Koshitanrei, Yamada Nishiki, Miyama Nishiki, Omachi, Gohyakumangoku) stored in a snow dorm.
By blending, the taste's complexity is increased, the Umami becomes more profound, and the refreshing and pleasant sourness keeps the aftertaste neat.
