It's the brother of KAMEIZUMI CEL-24. Ginnnoyume is the local brand of rice created in Kochi prefecture in 2002. The delicate Umami and moderate sweetness are the most attractive characteristic of this brand.
The combination of CEL-24 and the rice makes the aroma more like a ripe and sweet apple. The taste is sweet, but the sharp and succinic and malic acid kind refreshing sourness makes the exquisite balance.
