The characteristic of Yamadanishiki and Omachi is brought out well.
The sweetness, Umami, and sourness, harmonize beautifully. The pineapple and mango-like aroma come out cheerfully. Toward the last half, the moderate and pleasant bitterness leaves a profound taste, wrapping the aftertaste up neatly.
It's an elegant Sake that gives us a different impression from the first and second glass.
