Creamy and refreshing Junmaiginjo.
Moromi's faint sweetness and roundish Umami are harmonized wonderfully.
It's a Sake representing the seaside of Kujukuri, Chiba Prefecture. The texture is very smooth. A slight amount of Moromi produces natural and slight fizziness; from the bubbles popping, the melon-like aroma spreads vibrantly. Moromi's natural sweetness makes a great balance with Umami and sourness like Omachi.
It nicely pairs with the seasonal vegetables with a bit of bitterness, and meat dishes.
