'Starlight Sea' is inspired by the summer night sky sprinkled with stars. This brew showcases a distinctive character, crafted using Suisei rice from Hokkaido.
The Sake is imbued with a feeling of moisture and savory richness, as well as a mineral sensation reminiscent of the ocean, invoking imagery of sitting on the Ninety-Nine Mile Beach at night, stargazing.
Brewed with Hokkaido's Suisei rice, Starlight Sea has a gentle and mellow Umami. Upon opening the bottle, one is greeted with an exquisite aroma and a sweet taste, followed by a refreshing aftertaste, making it perfect for chilled consumption.
