From olives grown in the warm climate of the Seto Inland Sea, the 'Sanuki Olive Yeast' was born.
While nurtured by the natural yeast derived from the vibrant olives, it presents flavors reminiscent of young Muscat, offering a sweet and sour junmai ginjo sake that evokes the essence of fresh greenery.
