The most popular Sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture, “Kinsuzume,” was founded in 1764. It is the oldest brewery in Yamaguchi Prefecture, combining tradition and the latest technology to produce a variety of Sake. This Sake has won awards in international competitions and is highly regarded both domestically and internationally.
Upon opening the bottle, it releases a gorgeous aroma, reminiscent of the fresh and sweet scent of apples. The first sip of the freshly squeezed Sake carries a fresh acidity with slight bubbles and the rich, sweet taste of rice gradually spreads.
The mid-palate enhances the rich sweetness and the full-bodied texture. As the sweetness fades, a very gentle acidity and lingering aftertaste emerge.
