It's a limited Daiginjo of Kokuryu, only released once in a year. It's produced with the AAA grand cru Yamadanishiki has grown in Hyogo Pref.
The aroma is exquisite, refreshingly bitter like wild plants, fresh thyme, almond, pear, apple mango, and freesia.
The taste is minerally and transparent. The taste is filled with moist Umami.
