It's a limited Daiginjo of Kokuryu, only released twice in a year. It's produced with the AAA grand cru Yamadanishiki has grown in Hyogo Pref.
And, it's a Shizuku Sake, which is naturally squeezed by the meshed bag and its own weight. It's very transparent and fruity Sake.
