It's a new generation Niigata Sake which has elegantly fruity aroma like a mascut and clean finish
Nakadori is the sake bottled only the middle part, which is the most well-balanced. The top note is clean and fruity is a melon and herbs. It's not too gorgeous so it can pair with any foods.
It's sweet type Sake, but it's very pure and elegant. That's because of the crystal-clear and soft water. The sweetness is fading elegantly toward to the finish.
