A limited edition Sake featuring rice farmers. This unique Sake is a collaboration between three breweries in Aichi Prefecture.
When choosing and drinking Sake, most attention is typically given to the Sake breweries. However, Sake breweries rely on the rice and Koji to create their products. This collaboration project aims to highlight the often overlooked existence of the farmers who grow sake rice.
Using Sake rice farmer KT (naorice) from Chita Peninsula in Aichi Prefecture, the Sake is produced using Yume Ginka rice and finished as a lightly cloudy Nama Sake. The rich grain flavor of the undiluted Sake pairs well with the light cloudiness, offering a slightly dried-fruits like nuance, making it an interesting Sake to try.
