It's the premium Sake of Kudokijozu, which is one of the most popular breweries in Yamagata Pref. The most premium Yamadanishiki polished down to 35% is used for brewing this label.
It's dripped carefully by the meshed bags, and only Nakadori part is bottled. The famous brewmaster Imai put his heart and soul into this label.
Once pouring into the glass, the gorgeously fruity aroma pops up. It's light-bodied, but the profound Umami and glossy sweetness instantly tell us this is the premium quality Sake.
The finish is sharp and dry like a samurai sword.
