Kujira is the brand of Chiyo Shuzo, which focuses on the "terroir". Kujira is produced with the Yamadanishiki grown beside the brewery by the brewer's hands.
The aroma is refreshing and moderately fruity like a pear.
It has a juicy and layered texture but not too heavy. The layers of taste come off, and we can enjoy waves of sweetness, sourness, and Umami. Then, slight bitterness makes its finish sharp and clean, and the pleasant sweetness lasts long.
