It is a dry, Unfiltered, Undiluted Sake that you can drink slowly while enjoying the flavor of rice, with a refreshing freshness that is unique to freshly squeezed.
It has a soft mouthfeel. The taste is composed of sweetness and spiciness, but the spiciness is stronger.
