This sake features a refreshing aroma reminiscent of green apples and offers a crisp, clean drinking experience. With a lower alcohol content, it is light and smooth.
Made using locally grown Gohyakumangoku and Takanenishiki rice from Uonuma, the ingredients are meticulously prepared through micro-bubble rice washing and flat polishing.
It is then carefully brewed with Kyokai yeast No. 901, resulting in an unfiltered, undiluted sake.
The soft mouthfeel expands into a juicy flavor, with minimal off-flavors thanks to the precise handling of the ingredients.
A subtle acidity gives the sake a well-defined profile and a refreshing atmosphere. After swallowing, the green apple nuances dance lightly on the palate before disappearing with a crisp finish.
