This is Arahabashiri, brewed with yeast No. 7, the original yeast from the Masumi Shuzo. This Sake is appealing with its elegant and fruity aroma, and its refreshingly vibrant freshness.
The aroma is unique to freshly squeezed Sake, with the scent of fruits such as melon, apple, muscat, and lychee wafting from the glass.
Additionally, there's a refreshing citrus fragrance and the crisp scent of herbs reminiscent of dill, further complemented by the smell of rice, reminiscent of freshly milled rice flour, derived from the raw ingredients.
