Tropical Sake from Tokushima Pref, Is it Pina colada!?
Tokushima is an area where has a unique brewery culture. Especially, "Tokushima yeast" is limited in the area and produces a very particular aroma. Miyoshikiku is the master of using the yeast.
As soon as you open the bottle, an impactful aroma like tropical fruits pops up. It's just like a pineapple!
The taste is soft, and the sour-sweetness spreads energetically in your mouth. The aftertaste is slightly dry and fading smoothly. You won't forget this impact Sake, once you drink! It is a dry Pina colada-like Sake and makes your idea of Sake blows!
