With an SMV of +10, this Sake offers a chance to enjoy the robust umami and soft sweetness of rice.
Unique to freshly-pressed Sake, it has a refreshing and juicy palate, with a sharp acidity that forms a solid structure and a rich flavor derived from the unfiltered origin.
Although it's a dry type with an SMV of +10, it retains the characteristic sweetness of new Sake, and despite being a raw Sake, it is not overly heavy and maintains a light and lively palate.
The unique flavor brewed using ultra-soft underflow water from Mount Fuji. This ultra-soft water has weak fermentation power, making Sake brewing with this water technically very challenging and requiring a lot of labor.
