Has the rich scent which reminds of young banana. Contrary to this elegant aroma not like Yamahai, very thick and condensed umami jump into the tongue.
With specially designing the Koji, the taste of this label turns very rich and luscious. But, it’s not just sweet. The sweetness is covered with sourness which is unique feature of sake made with Yamahai method. Right after sweet and sour taste, refreshing bitterness clear the mouth, so that its aftertaste is dry and clean.
Please enjoy the thick and various layers of taste only which this brewery can produce with using the finest Yamadanishiki and ancient Yamahai method.
