Hyogo Sake 85 is the latest brewer's rice in Hyogo Pref; let's appreciate the new Sake brewing in an ancient brewery.
It has a rich and gentle scent reminiscent of bananas. The solid Umami, elegant sweetness, and refreshing sourness make the beautiful layers of taste.
It's not gorgeous Sake nicely pairs with the less seasoned dish and brings the taste of ingredients out.
