Put Sake in the sherry barrel from Andalusia, Spain, and mature in the tunnel of Mitakara dam!
Mitakara dam is a small size dam that supplies water to the Tanba region. The temperature of the tunnel is kept at 15 degrees throughout the year, so it's a suitable environment to mature Sake.
It's a limited Sake produced with Gohyakumangoku rice and put in a sherry barrel imported from Andalusia, Spain. It matured for half a year in the tunnel of Mitakara dam. Once sipping it, matured and rich flavors like vanilla and banana go through your nose.
Gohyakumangoku makes the taste of Sake light and dry. Elegant sweetness and unique flavors are mixed by maturing in the sherry barrel. The aftertaste is light and clean, like the Sake produced with Gohyakumangoku.
