It's a limited edition meant to be offered for the visitors of ceremony in the brewery. However, the event was canceled due to COVID-19.
It's produced with 50% polished Yukimegami, which is created for brewing Daiginjo in Yamagata pref. The aroma is gorgeous, like a specially cultivated apple. The texture is mellow, and the roundish sweetness spreads rhythmically. Toward to the end, the refreshing dryness makes the aftertaste sharp.
