Their 7th vintage, Produced in 2016, Aged for 4 years, Like a gorgeous and ripe fruity, roundish palate
The color is shining lemon yellow. The fruity aroma like peach and citrus fruits gets matured and wears a gorgeous fragrance.
By being aged, the texture gets very roundish and mellow, and the sweetness became much softer.
It's also gently minerally, and the refreshing and light astringency makes its finish clear. Please enjoy the beautifully aged Sake on the special occasion.
