This 'Green Nature' embodies two core concepts.
The first is the challenge of reducing the alcohol content to 10%.
The second is eco-friendliness. Instead of disposing of Sake lees, a byproduct of Sake brewing, as industrial waste, we utilize it in Sake production. The cycle of 'Pressing the Sake → Producing the Sake lees → Reusing the lees in the next batch → Pressing the Sake...' is the process through which 'Green Nature' is created.
