The fruity and elegant Sake, dramatic structure from start to the end
The top note is fruity like melon, banana, and muscat. The attack is silkily clean and smooth. The condensed pure sweetness comes first, but the bright sourness balances the taste, so it's not too sweet. The finish is dramatically light and elegant, which isn't very easy to imagine at first.
