The top note is moderately fruity, like young strawberries. It's slightly sour and refreshing. Right after sipping it, the light and clear sweetness spreads, and fine-grained Umami wrap it.
The sweetness is very short, and the sharp dryness makes its aftertaste clean. We recommend pairing with fatty tuna, yellowtail, and Amberjack.
