"Ushuhomare" is a brewer's rice that Takagi Shuzo of Juyondai has spent ten years researching and developing.
The aroma is moderately fruity akin to green apple and lemon zest, which is very pleasant.
The texture is light and smooth; the elegant Umami is the center of the taste. The clean and soft dryness wraps the Umami and makes its aftertaste crisp.
