This Sake is made entirely from Yamadanishiki rice produced in Kouga City. Rather than being flamboyant, it has a somewhat subdued aroma. When you take a sip, you feel a rounded sweetness and a somewhat firm Umami impression.
A pleasant acidity derived from the Kimoto method ties everything together from the middle onwards.
