This dry and sharp sake is made with fully fermented sugars, resulting in a well-balanced, crisp flavor. As a namazake (unpasteurized sake), it also has a rounded taste.
The robust acidity from the No. 6 yeast tightens the overall profile, enhancing its dryness. Upon tasting, the initial dryness gradually gives way to the rich umami and sweetness of the rice. The finish is characterized by a pleasant aroma and a strong, clean cut typical of a dry genshu (undiluted sake).
