Elegantly designed super dry Junmai, Appreciate the waves of taste and sharp finish like Samurai sword
Its SMV is +10, but it not just typical dry and clear sake. I can say this is dry and rich, complex sake. Please enjoy the transition of taste. Its aroma is subtly sweet, nothing spicy like typical dry sake.
Once you take a sip, heavy sweetness dives into your tongue, and its attack is very strong but fading very quickly. After the impact, elegant umami influenced by Yamadanishiki brewery rice spreads all around your mouth.
After these two taste waves, clear sourness as finisher shows his face and draws the line on its taste.
The aftertaste, which you feel in your throat, is dry and spicy. It's far apart from what you enjoy in your mouse. I am sure that you can not stop drinking this sake to enjoy these four waves.
