The first note is particular and sweet as the flower nectar. Once you smell it, it's just like a middle of apples and melons. The after flavor is also very fruity. The texture is creamy and condensed, but the fizzy feeling makes you feel refreshing. Just one sip is enough you to consider this is gorgeous type Sake most of the people love.
But, Shinomine will give us the surprise as always. The deep umami influenced by the Omachi brewer's rice wraps the sweetness, and the refreshing acidity like citrus fruits emboss the rich body. The aftertaste is slightly bitter and leaves the refreshing dryness in your throat. It's a brilliant label!!
