Yamadaho is the mother of Yamadanishiki, the king of brewer's rice. Yamadaho gives a gentle sweetness to the taste of Sake.
The SMV is +18, which is very dry!! But the characteristic of Yamadaho makes an outstanding balance. On top of that, refreshing flavor makes a clean mouthfeel.
