Using mixed fermentation of No.1 to No.6 yeasts types, this premium saké is brewed using high-quality pesticide-free Miyama Nishiki rice which creates an extremely elegant product.
As a limited edition produced by a winery in Nagano prefecture, this brew produces a unique aroma only attainable from the blend of yeasts; which produces notes of pear and banana. Once opened, the scent of bay leaf fills your senses and a slight lactic scent reminiscent of sour cream appears. Taste-wise, this premium saké has a light attack and a mellow yet Umami bitterness which gives you the richness of rice; acidity is also noticeable which gives the profile of rice and lactic acid via a rich impressionistic profile.
