The profound taste is like a deep-sea, Number 9 of the Taxi driver, like ripe white grape
Taxi driver numbers each barrel, since they change the ingredient and brewing method by barrels. This number has no consistency throughout the years, so that the taste of the Taxi driver is different by barrels and brewery years.
This label is Taxi driver #9. It's brewed by using yeast "Yuko no Omoi", which brings the Umami of rice out and makes the taste of Sake refreshing.
We recommend to drink it at room temperature or warm temperature. It's a bomb of Umami and can't express its potential out when it's chilled.
The aroma is a ripe white grape, and the attack is mellow and smooth. The condensed sweetness and powerful but profound Umami spark!! It's not for Sake beginners.
We'd like the people looking for another face of Sake to appreciate this Sake.
