The superior of the current 8th generation of this brewery is the brewery owner of Takagi Shuzo of Juyondai.
He gave him the advice to establish a Sake brewery and produce the delicious Sake in such a hot place like Kagoshima. They invited a former brewmaster of Hishinuma Shuzo, which is a famous brand in Nagano Pref.
