The previous Tenmei blend Sake was sold out in an instant. It's a summer limited blend Sake from Tenmei, and it's off cause unpasteurized Sake blend and only bottled Seme part.
This Sake consists of three different Sake brewed by Yumenoka, Omachi, and Kamenoo rice, and all of them are refreshing and crisp type suitable for hot summer. As same as the previous version, the balance is exquisite.
