The super-spicy Senbon Nishiki of Tenpoichi is marked by a crimson label that resembles the bright red summer sun. Super dry, it has a light and refreshing taste with a vivid, clear aftertaste, and it ends with a crisp finish.
It is good to cool it lightly and enjoy the sharpness, but it is also fun to bring out the slight sweetness of rice with room to warm temperature.
