Light but profound taste with milky flavor like yogurt
It's a first Yamahai Sake of Tsukiyoshino. Yamahai Sake tends to be rich and wild, but this label especially has the sourness influenced by lactic acid, which is one of the most significant points of the Yamahai method.
It's milky and refreshing, like yogurt. The sourness keeps the excellent balance, and it makes you feel light to medium type, but the robust Umami steadily stays at the bottom layer.
So, it's also lovely to enjoy with on-the-rock too!
