It's fermented at low temperatures, resulting in a beautiful and elegant quality feel.
This Sake can pair with a wide range of dishes. The beautiful aroma is reminiscent of beautiful and refreshing muscat with a gentle sweetness derived from Asahi rice.
From the light attack, the transparent taste spreads. The slight and comfortable bitterness tightens the overall taste clean and sharp.
It goes especially well with salty dishes, tempura, fish and shellfish, Caprese, etc.
