So, the brewing style is refined and well-designed. It's their signature autumn limited Sake. The aroma is mild and fruity like a ripe peach, then the after flavor goes through your nose is something like caramel.
Thick Umami and the transparent texture surprisingly coexist.
You can enjoy it chilled to warm temperature.
