This Junmai Ginjo is crafted using the premium sake rice “Kinnmonnishiki,” cultivated in Nagano Prefecture, and polished to a 55% polish ratio.
It has a beautiful, integrated sweetness, balanced with moderate acidity and a pleasant effervescence. The sake also features a fruity profile reminiscent of “Kyoho” grapes.
