A Junmaiginjo made entirely from "Kairyoshinkoh 改良信交", a rare brewer's rice from Akita with limited yield.
It offers a soft and gentle sweetness, with a sharp, refreshing acidity. Its Sake measurement leans towards the dry side. It has a light, crisp finish that's appealing.
