Their main brand, "Shichisui," produces a vivid taste like a rainbow, as the name suggests.
Although the theme is watermelon, there is no actual watermelon flavor __. This Sake is designed for the hot season, using watermelon as a motif.
The taste is refreshing, with a sharp acidity more similar to grapefruit. Enjoy the bursting freshness as if you just bit into a fruit.
