Pure Water, Pure Terroir
Made with 100% Gohyakumangoku rice grown in a special contract rice field located just 500 meters from the brewery in Fukui, Nishikan Ward, Niigata. The field is nourished by the very same underground spring water used in the brewing process, creating a unique connection between the sake and its place of origin.
Carefully cultivated by local farmers using reduced-pesticide farming methods that are as close to natural cultivation as possible, this premium rice reflects the character of its environment with exceptional purity.
The result is an aromatic and elegant sake with a gentle sweetness, refreshing finish, and a pleasant acidity that keeps each sip inviting. Rich yet balanced, it embodies the classicĀ āfull-bodied umamiā style and shines brilliantly as a food-pairing sake.
