This is well-balanced clean Junmaidaiginjo. Its top note is slender but mild sweet. The first impression of its attack is soft and gentle.
Holding it in the mouth, elegant sweetness influenced by high-grade Yamadanishi spread around and little but rich umami comes after the sweetness.
Sourness and bitterness comes in the end is slight and fade away quickly. The taste doesn't transport much, but the elegant sweetness lasts long, which is very comfortable.
